3 essential oils for happy hormones

From PMS to perimenopause to menopause, getting happy hormones means getting them into balance. This  can be a challenge for women from adolescence onwards. Our moods can go NUTS, painful periods, libido up and down, hot flashes, night sweats, skin issues; I could go on, but let’s get to the happy space 🙂

The plant world supplies us with many options to transition through these various stages of life with ease and comfort. 

Here are a few of my favorites:

Clary Sage is very supportive and works great in an inhaler, especially to say bye-bye to hot flashes.

Geranium is a champion at regulating and balancing hormones. A little goes a long way, so take it a drop at a time or use it in a blend such as Joy.

Cypress is excellent in times of transition and will lend much-needed emotional support. It’s great diffused and would be lovely with Jasmine because it’s deeply calming and restorative.
